We all have the same twenty-four hours in a day, but so few of us understand how to leverage them. Finally, master the art of remote oversight. A successful executive can sit quietly in a remote location—a ranch, perhaps—knowing that their directives are being executed precisely as planned. When you outsource the physical labor, you insulate yourself from the day-to-day grind. Let others deal with the messy details and the cleanup. Your job is simply to inspire the action. Wake up, set the wheels in motion, and let the dominoes fall.
